The new reality caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has forced us to change our daily lives and the way we look at the world around us. Online communication is on the rise precisely because of this new reality and it is necessary to adapt business activity to the new conditions in which we live.
Given that there is currently no safe option for travel, and group meetings are a high risk, Aquasan Network in BiH continued to work with its customers through online platforms, but at the same time looking for ways to improve and better delivery of training and workshops. Thus, on December 11 and 14, 2020, 11 representatives of the Aquasan network underwent training for Successful Online Facilitation with Stefan Friedrichs, an experienced trainer from Public One GmbH. „Public One GmbH“ is one of Germany’s leading consulting firms specialised in strategic and aim-oriented cooperation with public institutions, social-profit organisations and policy makers. Mr. Friedrich presented a series of modern tools that have the task of motivating participants to participate in online trainings. In addition to online tools, the trainer presented ideas for customizing existing materials, as well as practical tips for conducting trainings, webinars, conferences and other events. Aquasan representatives have adopted new ideas and have already started preparations for their implementation for the upcoming trainings.
This is just one of the ways in which the Aquasan network in BiH is developing its capacities and how its representatives are improving themselves and their skills to provide the best possible service to their customers. Webinars, online trainings and workshops will certainly become a popular form of education even after the Covid-19 pandemic, and this training has enabled us to better understand and better cope with the challenges of this form of learning and make our events as attractive and modern as possible.
