Representatives of the Association for Water and Environmental Protection "Aquasan Network in BiH" participated in a training on the topic "Training Management Cycle", which aimed to improve the capacity of RCDN partner associations for quality delivery of RCDN Capacity Development format "Training" according to established RCDN Quality Standards.
The training took place in the period from April 24 to 26, 2024 in Skopje, North Macedonia. In addition to the representatives of the Aquasan network in Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives of the association of public utility services providers of Republic of North Macedonia (ADKOM), the association of the units of local self-government of the republic of North Macedonia (ZELS), the Association for Water Technology and Sanitary Engineering (UTSVI) from Serbia and network of associations of local authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS) also attended the training.
Through this training, participants gained knowledge about capacity development and key elements of the training management cycle, and now are able to apply appropriate RCDN Quality Standards in their work. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants acquired the skills needed to effectively manage trainings and contribute to capacity development initiatives within their associations.
This training was held as part of the project "Regional Capacity Development Network" (RCDN) jointly funded by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
